    Awakening is to see that there are no problems.

    We are happy in finding solutions to our problems. There seems to be no end. This is a trap in which the human mind is caught. When you understand that you are in a cage, the cage explodes open.
    We are under the illusion as if by solving our problems, we will come to a stable ground, we will remain happy. This wait does not let one touch the current of life.
    Can you notice the wait?
    Noticing ends the wait.
    Can you see that you are settled where ever you are (unless in immediate physical danger)?
    Once you are okay, settled where you are (except when you are in immediate physical danger). This settlement charges the brain to a new high. Wait for stability ends.
    When the wait is over, issue of problems is also over. Whole energy is gathered here. You act or not act and see what happens. This is the endless process of life. You have touched the current of life.
    You have to understand the problem making mechanism to end it. Any problem creates uneasiness in you. Mind says, ‘take me out of the problem, uneasiness’. Can one see that this is a new problem? And this problem raises its head every time one faces an unfavourable situation. To understand this (new) problem is to end it. The end of it is the end of the problem making mechanism.
    Mind is so overwhelmed by the promised relief as if relief will end the uneasiness. It tries to cover up the uneasiness with solaces. If this uneasiness ends, life ends. Once one sees this, the trouble as uneasiness, as problem is over. One has touched the current of life. It may be worded as supreme relaxation with unending friction (uneasiness) to operate.

    The Illusion of Controlling what you Feel, Experience

    ‘What you face’ or ‘what is happening’ is not under your control-this is simple to understand. Realisation happens when you notice that what you ‘feel’, ‘experience’ is also not under your control.
    Words can only express what is being experienced.
    Pick a pen. A whole set of physiological and neurological movements are involved. Now the thinking – I have picked the pen – is expression through words.Thinking arises to explain. This is the limit of thinking.The actual movements – physiological and neurological happen.Put your hand in cold water. There is feeling in the body and brain. Now thought can express this feeling, it is not this feeling.
    When you can see that thought is only an expression of what is being experienced-you begin to see that thought is not the controller of impulses and movements in your body and brain. This suddenly transforms your whole experiencing structure. Now there is no escape from what is being experienced. Thought is not able to coin any relief, consolation as an escape from what is being experienced. You enter into a new dimension.
    The implication of this is like this.
    When the above fact is noticed, any expression like of sadness, confusion, stress, anger and so on – there is no one questioning the feeling of sadness, confusion and so on. Thought is unable to gloss over them. Energy remains concentrated.

    You can not depend upon any body else, any activity, any practice, any theory to save you from facing, bearing unpleasant, irritating feelings. Unless you see that there is no escape, you can not touch the Original ground.
    One thinks as if possessions, relations, techniques can give one stability, stable relief. Can you see that you are already relieved unless in immediate physical danger? Now you may use possessions, operate with relations and so on to live.
    One feels threatened when one faces physical danger, danger to one’s life. Whole energy is concentrated in saving oneself from danger.
    Apart from immediate physical danger, all dangers are psychological discomforts. Can one see this? One feels threatened on facing psychological danger (loss, defame, relationship problems and so on) and reacts to run away from this discomfort by solaces, explanations. Energy is dissipated.
    Can one bear, absorb this threat as it arises? When you are alive, you can bear, absorb any psychological threat, discomfort. You are open to the limitless field.

    Truth is Revealed when the Investigating Mind itself becomes a Matter of Investigation

    Science misses the point when it depends upon the outer to phenomenon to understand the Original. It ignores the observer. It is only when the investigating mind becomes a matter of investigation that the Truth is revealed.
    World arises by your being conscious of it. You and the world is a singular process. Mind posits as if there is something 'other than' this process, something 'apart' from this process, simply to seek relief from what it does not like in this process.
    Object-the world is seen by the subject-the observer, mind. Now there is no observer of the observer. There is nothing behind the observation. 'Why there is no observer' or 'there may be an observer' are all expressions, thoughts arising in the mind. When this is clearly noticed, subject-object is seen as a singular, complete, self-sustained process.
    Eyes see because the vision is ended at a point. Even in the sky, where we have nothing to see as end. An end as blueness is created as sky to see. If there is no enclosing factor, what the eyes will see? Nothing.
    Similarly, ‘I’ is the limit of the mind, consciousness. ‘I’ is the enclosing factor.
    ‘I’ operates as ‘I’ relates to an object. ‘I’ and the outer, other is bound as a singular process, self-sustained process-the totality.

    One thinks as if one has cleverly bypassed pain and uncertainty by religious-spiritual ideas, activities, by listening to talks on positive thinking, by reading self help books and so on. One has to simply notice that living is an auto process of discomfort (desire) -->relief (fulfillment) from moment to moment.
    Brain can not remain stably pleased, relieved. One is waylaid by the promises of stability, stable relief, hence frustration.
    One comes under the illusion as if someone else has comfortably solved the enigma of life.
    You are thinking as if relief, pleasure- experienced when a difficult problem is solved or by acquiring some possession-will be stablised.
    Brain can not operate as psychologically secured, relieved-irrespective of what you have. Even if you are king of the world, fear that your securities may be disturbed or the tension to have something more will develop.
    You feel pleasure, relief only against lack, desire, discomfort, uncertainty. Brain can not sustain stable pleasure, stable relief. It has to find some contrast (desire, problem, lack) to remain alive, to remain working.
    If you can notice this fact-fused state may touch you. You are now able to concentrate on what you want or want to do from moment to moment. The issue of staying happy, relieved, satisfied drops.
    Can you see that you are essentially at peace, you are essentially happy when not in immediate physical danger? This stability is not dependent upon any practice or theory. It is always with you. You are open to the limitless field.

    We think as if Life has a solution, permanent solution. We remain trapped in solving our problems instead of living.
    Discomfort – relief is the moment to moment endless process. There is no stable relief whatever you may get, accomplish or know. This simple noticing concentrates your energy here, takes you to the Truth.
    Mind instantly converts any disturbing (not liked) situation into lack and seeks to satisfy this lack by theories, explanations, ideas (including the idea of God).This movement is superimposition upon 'what is'. To be aware of the superimposition is one's connection to the 'whole'.
    All psychological issues drop. There remain only actual, physical, material actions from moment to moment.
