    Honoring Your Process

    During periods of great personal & global transformation like we are experiencing right now, it's important to give ourselves some time to adjust to all the rapid shifts occurring in our lives & all around us. Most transformations are usually made up of two stages: An ending/releasing stage, and a new beginning stage. So while the idea of new beginnings can be very exciting, it's important to give ourselves full permission to process through & honor the closing of a chapter in our lives, because it brought us to where we are at today on our journey. Mourning can be a powerful & healing way of processing through times of great transformation. If we bottle up our emotions through these times, it can continue forward into our new chapters and hinder us from experiencing our greatest & fullest potential. Once we give ourselves full permission to process however that may be, then we clear the path to being able to celebrate the present moment & our very new beginnings.
