Between 2006-2014 he worked on Gmail, Google Maps and developed Google's primary bot-fighting system, he was one of the earliest Bitcoin developers, he helped make Internet Explorer and games run on Linux via his work on Wine, and has developed several open source libraries. He lives in Zürich, Switzerland.
