LonePack is a voluntary, Non Governmental Organization(NGO), established in 2016, with the sole motive of shattering the stigma around mental health and promoting mental wellness. At LonePack, we not only raise awareness about mental health issues, but also mobilize efforts in the support of mental health.
One of the primary things we at LonePack wanted to create was a community of mental health enthusiasts, openly discussing and converging the efforts for shattering the stigma around mental health.
In lines with the thought to connect people to mental health experts, top-notch clinicians, and global leaders who advocate for mental wellness, here are we, kickstarting LonePack Conversations!
