    In this episode I talk about my dislike for the overused mantra “self discipline” Influencers use this as if it’s the answers to all your prayers but in reality it will lead you no where. You must understand that motivation is ever present and redirecting that motivation through reasoning is the best way to get long term results. I also talk about starting a new chapter in life and all the struggles that come with such opportunity.
