    Happiness comes from within. It took me too long to understand this. 30 years, probably. Through this podcast, I want you to know a few things :) Our ego wounded self is often very attached to a “project”. As long as you believe that your happiness is connected to something external, you will not be happy now. You need to realize that Happiness coming from material things is just illusory, temporary, is not really happiness but just pleasure. If we chase happiness in material things, our pursuit for happiness will never end. Chasing happiness only leads to pain and suffering. You already have everything that you need in order to be happy and live an extraordinary life. It resides within you. What needs 'rewiring'? Happiness is an inside job that requires work to be done. You have to work on changing your outlook on things.

    Anyone dealing with a mental health concern will tell you how difficult it is to open-up and be able to talk to someone about it. Apart from the fear of being judged by friends, family or co-workers, and the overall social stigma around mental health in India, people often hesitate to talk about it simply because they feel that no one will listen and/or that no one cares. When it comes to mental health, listening is helping. Learning to really listen to what people say can help you identify signs on early onset of mental health concerns. It can also make a world of difference to how someone feels. So, picking verbal cues, being an active listener- you can definitely help someone cope 🙂 Listen to this episode to know more on how YOU can help someone with mental health issues.

If it was, we'd all be winners. But we know that's not the case.  We all set goals for ourselves. How many of us actually see them through? Whether we succeed or fail depends on the quality of the system we develop to help us make progress once we've chosen a direction.     When you’re wrapped up in the excitement of new love, it’s hard to tell if the bond you share with your partner is real or just seems that way because you’re still in the honeymoon phase. So, how can you discern early on if this relationship actually has staying power or not? Well, I'm here to share the positive & negative signs to look out for when you're dating (that's the safest period!) that could indicate whether the two of you have what it takes to go the distance. Your relationship will last forever if you're flexible & your trust, intimacy, comfort level and love grows with time. Also, if your future goals & plans, similar values & ethics are aligned with each other, you are both solution oriented - you can make your relationship work to last a lifetime. Remember that a true win for couples is when they fight but do not forget to respect each other and forgive each other on bad days. The 10 points I discuss in this podcast comes from my experience, and by observing - the relationships around me that have either failed or are at their best.     They say, “The quality of your life depends on the quality of your relationships,”. I cannot agree more!  This is a delicate subject, but if you’ve come across this podcast in times of conflict, then hiii…!!!  Hope this adds value to your life! Here are top 5 valuable lessons I learnt from my relationships (with friends, partner, acquaintances, etc.)! Muft hai.. lelooo 🙈  1. Respect him/her.  2. Never change for someone until you no longer recognize yourself.  3. Don't marry for money. Prioritize love.  4. Never Settle. Keep your standards as high as You want them!  5. Find the one who 'supports' you.  Hope these factors help you inspect the quality of your relationships!     Hi everyone!!! In this podcast, I am trying to rewire the concept of ‘SOULMATE’! Such a hyped word, na? I was there too. But not any longer. I believe, a soulmate can be a friend/parent too. This person is a gem and need not be someone you are romantically linked with! (However, if you are very lucky, romance comes packaged well with a soulmate too!) THIS thought is what I want all of us to REWIRE! A soulmate is like a root to the tree of life. Conversations are effortless with them. This is YOUR person. They see your magic & light and remind you of the same. They are priceless. Always stay in touch with such a person/people. They are your free therapists & go-to comfort place! They only bring positivity, stability and calmness along! People remember how you treat them, so… If you are reminded of such a person in your life, with this video, go HUGGGG them, message them- tell them you VALUE their existence.     Hey guys! THIS is what I observed during a climb post workout the other day! The best results come after the hardest struggles, just like - the best view comes after the hardest climb. Results are enjoyed best when you pay the true price for achieving them. I believe anything that is free (though there is no free lunch in this world!), is NOT valued. In life, giving up is SO TEMPTING. If you’re struggling right now, believe in yourself. That’s what I would say, as cliché as it sounds. NEVER lose hope. With elevation, comes clarity. Hope this helped in someway!
