    Conservation Heroes - GoExplore Safaris

Our 3 Pillars of Conservation Safeguarding a healthier tomorrow is always the best; at GoExplore, we say “they are me, I’m them”. Children in the local communities aren’t able to access all the necessities in their daily lives and in this regard, Allowing them to have plenty of time and fun with guests raises confidence among the children boasting passion about tourism and care of nature. Through this, we have been able to Highlight them on pillars of conservation making them tomorrow's heralds. THE LAND At GoExplore safaris, we show our commitment to “Care of the land”, “Care of the Wildlife”. “Care of the people” by looking out ways to contribute and give extra support to wildlife species and the communities that live next to them. But we also believe that we can reduce our negative environmental impact on the earth without compromising our guest experience. THE WILDLIFE Conservation should be something that not only protects land and animals, but also paybacks to the people. Our mission is on the protection of wildlife including endangered species such as mountain gorillas, carrying out research and education, care of wildlife initiatives, conservancy of wildlife to maintain biodiversity. More wildlife species succumb to poaching and this means more effort is needed in order to end this bad behavior that is taking away our precious wildlife. And this has forced us to create awareness among the communities that live adjacent to these wildlife areas because every living creature deserves a better life. Without conservation, no wildlife, without wildlife no community uplifting, without community support, no conservation. THE PEOPLE GoExplore Safaris works closely with the communities surrounding the wildlife areas where we operate, by interacting with them through community development initiatives driven by the lodges we work with. We pride ourselves on the quality of our team and their passion for guest delight. For us, there is no better way to spend a day than in making our guests’ safari dreams come true. Training is a way of life here and we train guides, community members that live close to the wildlife areas with the same dedication as we do to our field staff. The love of learning and sharing knowledge is a fundamental value of ours. We coordinate with the lodges to employ locals and train them to become chefs, cleaners, barmen and this has reduced the rate of poaching. Nothing is impossible to a heart that is ruled by the desire to create exceptional guest experiences.
