Without building an strong inner self  by having the best of best virtues to succed it becomes nearly impossible to lead and drive. Daily success is not easy it needs a lot of hardwork,sacrifice and discipline.It means taking difficult calls,making tough decisions ,sacrifices and much more,This podcast is a reflection of how i build my practice over last 20 years and how i feel these virtues can help anyone to build theirs.
