10/10 recommend

It’s been less than a month since I first heard your podcast. Needless to say, I’m hooked. It adds value to my “doing nothing” time. It makes me realise there’s a lot to learn and adopt. I’m taking on one bad habit at a time to make deliberate changes to my lifestyle. Its effects encourage me to look forward to a new day as a new beginning.
