There is such a sea of health & nutrition information on social media, that one can get completely lost and misguided. But then you have a few shows like ‘The Proof’ with Simon Hill that deep dives into every topic & takes an extremely nuanced, informative, well researched approach. Even though it’s difficult to not have a personal bias, this show definitely tries to present different sides to every topic & presents information that’s proven & established in the scientific community.

Absolutely love this podcast. Simon brings some of the leading researchers and experts on various topics related to nutrition and health and the discussions are very illuminating. In the true spirit of science, there are areas where experts disagree or offer differing interpretations of the same result /evidence. Even though it leans towards a plant-based diet, the scientific principles are treated in an unbiased manner.
