Kerry Iannone: From Performance to Peace for High-Achieving Women of Faith

You've tried the strategies. You've reorganised your calendar. So why are you still exhausted? In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Kerry Iannone, Life and Wellbeing Coach who helps high-achieving women of faith move out of burnout and build lives that are both successful and sustainable. Her work sits at the intersection of faith, wellbeing, and performance, supporting women who carry a lot of responsibility yet feel exhausted, disconnected, or stretched too thin. What makes Kerry's work different is that she's lived this twice. Once in her twenties, when she tried all the surface-level fixes. And again in her forties, while pastoring a church with her husband, raising three children (two with special needs), and caring for aging parents. The difference wasn't better time management. It was getting underneath the burnout to address the beliefs driving it 😌. Kerry talks about the women who come to her. On the outside, they look like they've got it all together. Inside, they're running on empty. They've convinced themselves they have to earn the right to rest. That their worth comes from how much they do, how dependable they are, how much everyone needs them. And those beliefs are burning them out from the inside. In this conversation, we explore: ➤ Why time management doesn't fix burnout, and what actually does when you address the beliefs underneath the exhaustion ➤ The difference between temporary fixes and lasting transformation, and how faith shifts burnout from a cycle into a turning point ➤ What it means to rest without earning it, and how women learn to stop seeing self-care as a reward for productivity ➤ How to build sustainable rhythms, creating life-giving practices that fit into real life without adding more pressure ➤ Identity in Christ versus identity in performance, and why understanding your worth changes everything about how you live This episode is for you if you're capable, dependable, and exhausted. If you've tried all the strategies and you're still stretched thin. If you're finally ready to stop performing and start living. Robyn Yamamoto: From Chronic Headaches to Wearable Wellness Advocate

What if the solution to chronic pain wasn't another prescription, but a small patch that activates your body's own healing? In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Robyn Yamamoto, Director with LifeWave and Wearable Wellness Advocate, who helps people access natural, innovative technologies that support the body's ability to heal and perform at its best. Robyn didn't plan to leave her 34-year dental career. She lived with temporal arthritis for 39 years. Chronic headaches that never fully went away, just got better or worse. Hands that couldn't make a fist anymore. Then a friend came over during lockdown and said, "Just put this on." A small patch. No needles, nothing going into her body. When Robyn woke up the next day, something had shifted 😮. The headache she'd carried for nearly four decades was different. She was shaking her head, trying to make it worse, just to understand what was happening. That moment changed everything. We explore: ➤ How a wearable patch activates your own stem cells, using crystalline lattice technology that talks to your body without anything entering it ➤ Why her husband is off the heart transplant list, and what happened when doctors said stem cells could heal but never expected this outcome ➤ The shift from dental professional to wellness advocate, and why helping eight patients a day felt too small once she discovered global reach ➤ Who benefits most from wearable wellness tech, from NFL athletes to newborns to elderly people whose stem cells have been lying dormant ➤ Why this technology stays direct to consumer, and how affordability and proper support create better results than mass retail This episode is for anyone who's tried everything and still lives with pain, anxiety, or chronic health challenges. If you're searching for natural alternatives that work with your body instead of against it, this conversation offers an unexpected doorway. James Croall: Measuring Brainwaves and Making Changes

In today's episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by James Croall, Coach and Brain Trainer, neurotherapy practitioner and writer who works with people who want to improve their focus and reduce their stress so they can perform better. James is a former cybersecurity technologist who used to reverse engineer technology. Now he does the same thing with the human brain 😮. James measures brainwaves. He can see things in your nervous system you didn't choose that just became you. And what he does with that information, the way he works with it directly without talking about your past, it's completely different from anything I've heard before. We explore: ➤ Why high performers get stuck even when they're already successful, and what's really holding them back when they think they know what the problem is ➤ His new book The Quantified Soul, and what he believes we're really seeing when we measure the brain ➤ His vision for a world where people can think more clearly, and what he thinks is actually possible when we strip away the conditioning we never chose This episode is for you if you're already doing well but something's stuck, and talking about it hasn't been enough to shift it. Denise Holland: When Athletes Get Out of Their Heads and Into Their Hearts

She lost her role as national coach right before the Commonwealth Games. And it turned out to be the most amazing gift. In today's episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Denise Holland, Human Performance Consultant and Transformative Coach, specialising in unlocking the mind to enhance clarity, peace, and freedom. Denise was the national netball coach for Scotland. She left that role prematurely before the 2014 Commonwealth Games. What she told me about what happened next, and what she discovered because of it, made me rethink everything about peak performance 😮. She's written a book called Play Freely: The Spiritual Key to Athletic Excellence. And when she talked about athletes coming to her stuck on the bench with tight bodies before matches, what she said about where that's actually coming from stopped me 😊. There's something she calls the jewel of athletic performance, and I'd never heard anyone describe it this way before. We explore: ➤ Why losing her coaching role became the greatest gift, and what that opened up for her understanding of performance ➤ The thing most athletes are doing that keeps them from the zone state, and what she discovered about consciousness that changed everything ➤ What she saw in the All Blacks, and where athletic excellence actually comes from ➤ Her mission to put sport and spirituality in the same sentence, and why that matters for anyone interested in peak performance This episode is for you if you've ever wondered what's really happening when athletes perform at their best. Dalia Kemble: What Happens When You Finally Ask What You Want

Life looks great on paper. So why doesn't it feel that way inside? In today's episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Dalia Kemble, Life & Mindset Coach, who helps women who feel like the black sheep to have the courage to live a life without regrets, so they can create a life that feels just as good on the inside as it looks on the outside. Dalia called in from Thailand, where she's been for over two years now. What struck me most about this conversation is what Dalia said about the women who find her. From the outside, everything looks successful. But there's this disconnect they can't name. And the way she described her own journey from being the biggest overthinker on the planet to actually living, it made me rethink what transformation actually looks like. She talks about something most of us have stopped doing. Asking ourselves what we actually want. Not what we should want. Not what looks good. What we genuinely desire. And that question changes everything. What we talked about: ➤ What happens when you've got it all on paper but something still feels deeply off ➤ The question most of us have stopped asking ourselves and why it changes everything ➤ Why you can't think your way into living differently and what actually works instead This episode is for you if life looks good on paper but something inside you knows it's not quite right. Elisha May: When Success Feels Right But Something Still Feels Off

You've got the success, the lifestyle, the things you worked for. So why doesn't it feel quite right? In today's episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Elisha May, Intuitive Energy Coach and Transformational Guide for high-sensory, empathic, and soul-led humans standing at a crossroads. Elisha works with people who look like they have it all figured out. But underneath, something's disconnected. They're making decisions from their head, operating from old conditioning, and quietly wondering if this is really it. What struck me most about this conversation is how Elisha describes her work. She calls herself a human tuning fork. Her soul mirrors people's real selves back to them, and once they see it, they can't unsee it. Some people are triggered by that mirror. They're not ready to dismantle their ego identity or potentially disrupt their life. But for those who are ready, the transformation is rapid. But it's not about blowing up your life. It's about showing up as yourself within the life you already have. Or finally making the changes your soul has been asking for. Elisha's theme for 2026 is "living." Not surviving. Not performing. Actually living. And she's noticing people are done lying to themselves this year. We explore: ➤ The crossroads moment when you've got success but something feels deeply misaligned ➤ What rapid transformation actually looks like in relationships, careers, and self-expression ➤ Why energetics matter as much as the physical body and what happens when they align ➤ Living in 2026 and why this year feels like people are ready to stop performing and start being This episode is for you if your life looks good on paper but something inside you knows there's more. Ritu Awasthi: Move Your Body, Still Your Mind

We're keeping our bodies still while our minds race everywhere. But what if the solution was as simple as moving? In today's episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Ritu Awasthi, Health Coach and Yoga Teacher based in Aberdeen and founder of Samagra Health. Ritu helps busy professionals find calm, relaxation and resilience through breathwork, meditation, yoga and coaching. But what I loved about this conversation is how she refuses to overcomplicate anything. Stop using your screen one hour before bed. Get up and walk for ten minutes. These aren't trendy hacks. They're simple truths we keep ignoring because we're looking for something more complex. Ritu grew up in India with Eastern traditions that are now becoming wellness fads in the West. Turmeric in everything wasn't a trend. It was just how she ate. And when she blends that wisdom with modern practical guidance, something shifts. She's also clear about this. If you're not willing to change, nobody can change you. But if you are ready, small shifts compound. We explore: ➤ Why health coaching exists and the gap Ritu saw 15 years before it even had a name ➤ The screen time problem and why we're connected to everything except what matters ➤ Move your body, still your mind and why we're doing it backwards ➤ Why there are no quick fixes and what actually creates lasting change This episode is for you if you're tired of wellness trends and ready for simple, sustainable changes that actually work.Connect with Ritu Awasthi Website: https://www.samagrahealth.co.ukLinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/rituawasthiukInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/samagrahealthFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/samagrahealth Connect with Joanna IngramWebsite: https://joannaingram.comInstagram: https://instagram.com/iamjo.ingram Messaging Impact Audit: Get a personalised review of your messaging using my six-pillar framework, plus a clear report with your scores, gaps, and the opportunities you're missing to attract higher-frequency clients.
