    EP 38: Yin and Yang (Part 04)

    Welcome to 38th Episode of Unfiltered with Kanika on Audiopitara : This episode is about the role of women in restoring yin and yang balance in a relationship. We all know that every one, irrespective of gender, has masculine and feminine energies in them. To achieve a goal we need both energies. Execution specifically calls for masculine energy as you need to take action, pursue your goals relentlessly. Therefore, when I say men are supposed to lead I mean that in a relationship where you both are working as one unit, it is the man who takes the lead but not without the help of his lady i.e. the feminine energy. By this I don't mean to say women cannot be leaders. They can be but when acting as a unit you need to be your feminine best and he needs to be his masculine best. This will bring about peace as you both are reservoirs of respective energies and feel most peaceful and powerful in them. In this episode too I have made some mistakes. I have mentioned at one place that there are two 'types of fears'; fear and love. Please read 'types of fears' as 'types of emotions'. In the subsequent line I have said that women will not be happy if they step into their masculine energy and out perform a man. By this I mean to say they would always be on the look out for a man who can protect and provide for them and that search will not end if they keep thinking of out performing their partners. They can !! But can competition, unless healthy and fun, bring lasting happiness? Only a healthy balance can.     EP 35: Yin and Yang

    Welcome to my 35th Episode of Unfiltered with Kanika : The concept of Yin and Yang originated in China. Yin symbolizes femininity, passiveness, receptiveness, darkness (that's why it is represented by black fish) and yang symbolizes masculinity, activity, assertiveness, light (that's why it is represented by white fish). Each fish has an eye of the opposite colour symbolising that each contains a seed of the other. It represents the interconnectedness of opposite forces. Both men and women have yin and yang energies. Alan Watts says all information whatsoever can be translated in terms of yin and yang. Yin cannot be found without yang and vice-versa. These forces are in constant flux and one transforms into the other. This episode discovers how a balance of these forces gives birth to a harmonious life. I hope you will like it !     EP 32: Healing makes you magnetic

    Welcome to my 32nd Episode on Audiopitara : When you realise that most things that are happening in your life to your disliking are a result of some unhealed traumas, you become wise. And when you decide to heal those trauma, you become powerful. It's like having the power steering of your life in your hand. What most don't realise is that this is not an automatic process. Your angels (if you believe in them) won't take that step for you. They will only aid the process, once you take the first step. Taking the first step is difficult. It requires maturity, acceptance of responsibility and consistent efforts to heal. In the beginning you may see unwanted results repeat. But gradually you will get better at it. You would also start noticing that people are suddenly nice to you. It will take less effort to make connections, to have things move your way. It will be magical. You will move from victim state to emperor state / empress state. If you feel it is too childish to think like this, I request you to try this just for a few months. Have a first hand experience before you decide anything. I began my healking two years ago.     EP 31: Partnering with the Divine

    Welcome to 31st Episode of Unfiltered with Kanika : I am sure you must have felt this somewhere in your life that the 5 year old you was probably more mature than you have ever been. That 5 year old had an aura and charm that was magnetic. That 5 year old or your higher intelligence is actually ageless. It has the ability to connect with higher intelligence of other people and make plans bigger than the ones you can ever comprehend. This vast intelligence is available to you at all times. Yet we are too scared to tap into it. This is because EGO wants to be in control and feel accomplished for having done things by itself. But in order to tap into the divine in you, you have to surrender and believe that the divine will not let you down. If you have put in your best efforts and have worked selflessly, magic will happen.
