    Life is a Marathon

    Hey Guys, Hope you're doing well.  We often run behind different things in life, and we take so much of pressure on ourselves that these things start breaking us down. For you, I just wish to say that it's okay to not do these things. Why do we even do these things that eventually break us? Why do we push ourselves to do so much that it begins to break us? Who even defines these goals for us? Let's take a deep breath.. and let it out.. another one, and let it out.. and one more.. and let it alllll outttt!!! It's kinda overwhelming when we do so much. It's okay to just break routine and take it easy for a while. It's not a race to do the right things at the right time that the society has defined. We are all in our own journey and we are walking at our own pace. It's a marathon, it's a journey, and i'ts not a race. Enjoy the life's pauses. Take your time to heal your pain, your heart, your mind, body and soul. It's okay to take years to graduate. It's okay to take months to say yes or no. It's okay to not have a house, a car, or be rich. It's okay to just be in a place for a while before you're ready to move on. It's a process. It's a marathon. It's a journey of growth. It's not important to reach the end line. It's important to enjoy the journey while your walking towards it. Choose to be happy, today! Question of this week - What is life, according to you?
