    How the Darkest Year of My Life Cracked Me Open

    I didn't plan to go here today. I sat down to meditate and a leaf blower started wailing outside my window. And somehow, that leaf blower became the gateway to the most vulnerable story I've ever told on this show. In this reflection: ✨ The leaf blower meditation moment that created a breakthrough ✨ My dark night of the soul in 2020 and the love I lost to a mental health crisis ✨ Why running toward agitation instead of away from it dissolves everything ✨ The aligned abundance journaling that had me ugly crying at my desk ✨ A guided vision of the life that is already waiting for you on the other side This episode is a transmission. I went to the darkest places I've ever been in this one and came out the other side into a vision so clear and so beautiful it made me weep.
