    Beauty. It is beyond us, within us, and all around us. Beauty is as oxygen, not a luxury but an essential something for our souls. This is your invitation to slow down and take a long deep breath. As you listen, may you find, and be fed, by beauty. May you be inspired to seek beauty, in the ordinary and in the overwhelming.     Rejuvenated by Nature

    What has 6 legs, a rainbow of colours, smells like moss and sings like a bird? Nature, my friend, Nature: in all its sensory-feeding, mood-boosting, poetry-inspiring, rejuvenating beauty! And nature is all around us, all the time - everywhere - even inside your home or the middle of the city. It’s omnipresent and free to all - like God himself. Romans 1:20 says that Creation - which is nature - reveals the essence of God. Personally, I can’t imagine a more restorative place to be than in the presence of God. It’s no wonder so many people choose nature as their place to recentre, reboot and refresh - it’s an unavoidable touchpoint with God. In this episode The Puzzlers invite you to dive into the refreshing waters of nature, and explore the many ways it can rejuvenate us - body, mind and spirit.
