Being a sports coach is challenging, rewarding and amazing role to take on, particularly if you get the opportunity to be a junior and youth sports coach. But often I here from coaches that they struggle getting started, and struggle with the challenges they face, in this series Becoming a Coach we will look at those challenges and how to overcome them, and interview coaches from across the sporting community to find out how they went about it.
