    This is Season #4 - Episode #1 A BRAND-NEW SEASON! It is Episode #20 total (8 Episodes have been deleted over the past 5 years for many different reasons). "PART #2: LIVING OFF GRID 2025 Update with Adrienne" is an UPDATE since the "PART #1: LIVING OFF GRID" Episode! From Adrienne herself, once again! We did a Podcast interview (Part 1: LIVING OFF GRID) way back in 2022 or 2023 approx. 2 & 1/2 to 3 years ago, when Adrienne was living in New York in the forest, alone. In a small tent, with nobody to keep her company. Still, she enjoyed her daily life outdoors in nature! That's truly an independent woman to say the least! But now that Daniel is back, her life partner is now a huge part of her daily tasks & their NEW adventures have only just begun. I genuinely feel she was born for this lifestyle. It's her M.O. (Mode of Operating/ "Modus Operandi" in Latin) and she truly loves every moment being out in nature - alone - or with Daniel (Her life Partner). Who had not been around during our 1st interview. But now it's 2025, and he is back! Enjoying life with Adrienne as they embark on new adventures. Now, it's a team effort to get daily tasks done. They both love life outdoors, being one with nature from the moment they awake til they sleep. At the end of far more exhausting days than the average person is used to living... They simply love each other and their new* furry additions to their family. I was intrigued back 2 & 1/2 to 3 years ago, and still am amazed at how they choose to live. So I had her as a "featured guest" for a 2nd Episode on my Podcast! That's twice now! She never ceases to amaze me, that's for sure! Simply because living outdoors 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, eating, showering, living day-to-day life, and taking care of 2 beautiful animals, is not an easy task. So yes! I had to allow her to give us an "UPDATE" on everything happening in her & Daniel's lives in 2025! Not to mention their 2 animals: "Kit" the cat & "Bella" the Husky dog. She is known to be a "Social media influencer" mainly because of TikTok however she explains and shows everyone on social media "How" She lives, which is out in Nature. In a tent. Getting water from a hose, lugging food and water jugs down to her living space from town. It's amazing to me, how she makes time to take care of her living space in the woods, and STILL go "Live" on TikTok Every DAY! The other amazing fact is that she has NO shame!     Co-Host: Newell Boyce - TRAUMA/COVID & ISOLATION

    A great episode that most* American people either have HEARD about it, others suffer from it/WHAT is "IT" you ask? Trauma. We must be aware that not everyone understands Trauma, or how you get it, some people HAVE IT and do not even KNOW! This Episode was thought of as a topic by myself, to spread awareness about this topic. Simply stated: Not everyone is educated on Trauma. Or the effect it can have on your life... Others know* they have P.T.S.D - but have no idea that it came from either childhood Trauma, or Trauma from an accident, or adult events (which Trauma typically feeds into and P.T.S.D. was created by that very trauma which they're not even aware of) ... It's VERY important to understand "WHY" you have flashbacks, etc from their P.T.S.D. and most of the time it comes from unresolved trauma in their mind, body, brain, and soul. Trauma affects a lot of aspects of our anatomy. It certainly affects our mind, creating flashbacks, the inability to find positivity in life, shock, and denial are other huge reasons some people will never heal because they refuse to believe that trauma exists within them. As we speak about these factors in this very podcast, you'll possibly want to take a deeper look within yourself... Also, Once you take a deeper look within yourself, you may find that you are suffering from one of the many "Long Term Responses" To Trauma Including: -Un-Predictable Emotions/flashbacks/Strained Relationships/even physical things within you CAN be a result of trauma such as Headaches/and nausea. Interesting, huh? I thought so. Especially because I AM AWARE that I HAVE PTSD! I have Trauma! I knew, but researching for this podcast was extremely educational. I learned more about Trauma than I ever dreamed I could learn! It's a scary beast and we ALL must train our minds, Bodies, and souls to OVERCOME and DEFEAT THIS!! So, give this podcast a chance, I guarantee you'll learn something new, or you will find a NEW, DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE about it/Learn how to not let it get in the way of making new relationships, living a good life, and hopefully this podcast will show you: YOU'RE NOT ALONE, AND THIS/THESE ARE NORMAL RESPONSE(S) TO AN ABNORMAL EXPERIENCE.     A/C is a citizen of Boston, MA. He considers himself a "Productive member of Society" especially because he just got home from Federal Prison 19 months ago. And though you'd never guess it, he is on Probation. Which is a VERY Strict System, running out of Massachusetts! He is sure to be to work daily, but his dreams are slowly becoming a reality! He Dreams BIG! I am happy to introduce him today and get him speaking on the way he grew up, all the way up to how his clothing line began... But then, sometime after, he ended up in a Federal Prison System. This is the part of his story where he kind of stops explaining things in a timeline sense to us. Which makes this a PERFECT opportunity to continue.... Into me featuring A/C again in a: "Part #2" Episode! We do continue to go on, but you'll hear him speak more about the way he lives, his passion in life, his dreams and goals, and much more.
