Great stuff
Love it. Legs rocks, Russillo rocks, get Jalen Rose on more podcasts please!
Getting better… Champion notwithstanding…
10/02/2013
This podcast was great 2 years ago (thanks to Russillo), very very good last year (Legs Legler, Yam and others). This year, Gutierrez tries his best to keep it good, but Bowen is unbearable with his screams and preconceived opinions... Get rid of the bow tie!
I could not go higher than 2 stars.
Peeeeeeeeaceeeeee!
UPDATE 06/02/2015
After a better 2013 season, in which Bowen finally toned down his antics, this year edition is very good and could be better if they'll limit the crew of hosts.
Gutierrez, Sedano, Goodman, Kezirian, Shelburne and Stein are REALLY good.
Elhassan could be very good if he cuts his acting: You're not gonna be a standup comedian man and with the earphones on your screams are a real pain in the butt. You're competent and insightful, why play the "payaso"?
Windhorst is good when he doesn't talk LeBron (so he's good about 10% of the time).
Cari Champion is absolutely annoying and her "Lakers takes" are dreadful. Probably she worked too much on First Take (AKA The Worst Sport Show On Earth): she screams, she interrupts other hosts (she learned that very well from Skip "The Idiot" Bayliss), she blabbers constantly about useless things, she always defends herself with the "Everybody could express his opinions..." (another thing she learned on the WSSOH), she really drags down all the episodes she's in.
(Yes producer, now you could insert one of the stupid "hate hard" jingle that so often destroy the flow of the podcast...).
Only 4 stars thanks to Cari... Maybe next year they could reach 5.
