When he left Dan Lanning opted to bring back a familiar face in A'lique Terry, who started on the Oregon staff as a graduate assistant in 2019. Since Terry has taken over the Oregon offensive line the Ducks have finished as finalists for the Joe Moore award each of the last three seasons and produced a first-round NFL Draft pick in Josh Conerly Jr. Terry, while younger than most coaches in his position, has more than solidified himself as one of the best in the business when it comes to coaching and developing offensive lineman.
