Well, this time it is Steve being the fan boy with our guest, Action Jackson! Action had a profound impact on Steve and it is an honour to have him on the podcast.

Jackson Ogunyemi better known as ACTION JACKSON is a motivational speaker and has been changing the lives of young people across the UK and the world for 25 years. He is a passionate individual who has been using his skills and expertise to spread the message of happiness across schools and colleges, building positive rapport with young people and educators.

His energetic and entertaining style of delivery leaves audiences spellbound, giving them the much-needed boosts to live a life of purpose, passion and happiness. Jackson's mission is to create a world where young people wake up happy and go to bed fulfilled, something he has been tirelessly working on for the past 2 decades with his team of coaches at FIXUP, a company dedicated to unlocking the potential of the next generation.

A father to two girls and a happily married man, Jackson takes pride in living life with core values of Love, Integrity, Focus, and Excellence.

In this episode, we were delighted to be joined by Petra Velzeboer, after a recommendation from good friend of the podcast, Ed Kirwan. Petra is a renowned mental health expert, TedX speaker, author, and CEO of mental health consultancy PVL.

Her passion for creating psychologically safe spaces can be traced back to her unique background, having been raised in a notorious cult and struggling to find her place in the world. A series of life altering events led her to pursue a career as a psychotherapist so that she could help others.

After working in various companies with toxic work environments, she has made it her life’s mission to reinvent the world of work and completely shift the current system, ushering in the future of work.
