    ISW: Actually, it's not about me

    Sometimes life slaps you hard with a lesson, one that you have been quietly learning your whole life and then its like sorry I am going to need to be loud because you CLEARY are not listening. That is what happened to me last week and what pushed me to come back for an amazing new episode. I am someone that always takes things personal, and although I have grown a lot over the years I did not realize just how much it was affecting my life. Now that I have been slapped I get to share and show myself some more love!

    ISW: Making my Therapist Proud

    Hi Friends! I did what I have always dreamed of, I made my therapist proud. Well he did not say that exactly but I could tell! In the words of "A Guide to Giggle" I decentered Men from my life and truly found myself happy alone, now of course the toxic thought crossed my mind of "so now that I am not looking I will find right?" but the majority of the message is around how I figured out how to be happy with just me. Also I accidentally tell one of my most traumatic 6th grade stories that is SO mean girls coded. Plus the realization that I would have laid myself off too! Well at one of the jobs. Oh and a new nail color I am OBSESSING over. Thank you for listening!
