    It's taken me three years to be able to share this story with you. Life is full. But God kept pressing on my heart that it's time to share the story. Pregnancy. Delivery. Postpartum. They're different for everyone. And in that 4th trimester, it isn’t about “bouncing back”. It’s about becoming. In this episode, I open up about what I did differently after my second child, and how my approach to postpartum shifted when I went from being a mom of one to a mom of two. I’ve kept my pregnancies and postpartum seasons intentionally private, but today I’m sharing pieces of my journey, not to prescribe, but to remind you: you don’t owe your story to anyone.  The only voices that matter are yours, your baby’s, and God’s. I’ll walk you through: - Why the first three months are sacred for both you and your newborn - How I prepared differently for Charlie this time around - Why getting bloodwork after birth was a game-changer for my healing - The role of movement, nourishment, and scar care in postpartum recovery - My thoughts on C-section healing, CFT therapy, and lactation support - The importance of aligning with the right medical team - And why keeping space for your own passions (like Proclaim, for me) is not selfish — it’s stewardship This is not a “how-to” list. It’s a very real, raw, unedited conversation about grace, healing, and perspective.
