Muftah Alsaltany also spelled Muftah Bin Muhammad Bin Younes Bin Omar Alsaltany is a Quran reciter from Benghazi, Libya, born on May 21, 1973. He is highly distinguished for his ability to recite the Holy Quran in multiple narrations, holding certifications in both minor and major “ten readings” of the Quran. His recitations include the Hafs ‘an Asim, Qalon ‘an Nafi’, Doori ‘an Abi Amr, Shu’bah ‘an Asim, Doori ‘an Al-Kisa’i, and Abi Jaafar’s methods. This versatility highlights his deep mastery of Quranic recitation. Digital Quranic archives feature numerous recordings of his complete Quranic recitations and various individual surahs.
