    Whether we acknowledge it or not, we are limited by our own narrative. How we speak about things, what we complain about, and what we decide to pay attention to determines how far we can go. Some of us need to whack a tree to realize that life doesn't need to be a certain way all the time; we can change things, but first, we must take a deep and honest look into ourselves and what is going on in our lives. The key is avoiding making it worse and not trying to make it better, just figuring out what it is that's wrong and acknowledging our role in it.
