    Bday Trip and Substances

    Recapping Bre's Bday trip this past weekend to Mammoth Lakes, traveling with a toddler, back on our travel buddy scoring system, and Bre's got some beef with her travel companions apparently... Kylee's new relationship with a certain substance gets us curious about the harsh jolt to our bodies from common things like caffeine and smoking. What beauty could come from honing our bodies ability to sense subtle shifts instead- through herbs and even what we eat?  And happy birthday to Autuuuumn another Leo gem of our lives 3
