FULL EP | Senate pass bipartisan bill aimed at lowering housing; What Had Happened was Friday; F - You DL Hughley; Oleebo Bootleg Movie Review: “Masters of the Universe” and More

It is Monday, but DL Hughley and the crew will make you feel like the weekend with a What Had Happened Friday. DL and the crew will play the best callers from last week’s Questions of the Day.  During the Jazzy Report, Jasmine discussed the Senate’s bipartisan 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act, a major housing affordability bill designed to increase housing supply, reduce regulatory hurdles, encourage new construction, and limit large institutional investors from buying up single-family homes—an issue many believe has priced everyday Americans out of the housing market. DL and the crew connected the legislation to a broader affordability crisis, noting how rising rents, housing costs, and stagnant wages continue to make homeownership feel out of reach for many families.  Oleebo the streaming hack warrior, is back with DL for another bootleg movie review. Today, Oleebo is reviewing the horror spoof franchise, Masters of the Universe. This movie brings back nostalgia for 80s cartoon fans, as He-Man is being brought to life with the live action film starring Nicholas Galitzine, Idris Elba, and Jared Leto. Also, sometimes fans get upset with some of the things that DL has to say, so he gives them the opportunity to say F- You DL Hughley.  See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
