    Christian Park: Beating Bone Cancer and The Channel of Bones - A Moloka'i 2 Oahu Race Story | Ep. 51

    The Molokai to Oahu (M2O) Race is the pinnacle of Downwind Foiling, a race that top athletes train for years to just complete. In 2023 Christian was unexpectedly diagnosed with a chondrosarcoma of his left humerus and suddenly his foiling journey came to a crashing holt. Since that day Christian has visualised racing and completing the M2O. In July 2026, after almost 3 years of recovery, Christian sat at the start line of the M2O as the wind faltered and died, turning what is normally a 3 hour crossing of the Kaiwi channel into a 5.5 hour ordeal that pushed his body, mind and spirit to the absolute limit. Thank you for sharing your story so openly Christian! I am sure will motivate many people to test their limits and chase their dreams! Aloha and appreciations from The Foil Project.     Axel Pham - The Rising Star of Hawaii Race Season 2026 || Hawaii Race Season Ep.7

    Axel Pham placed 13th in the Voyager Foiler Race, 10th in Paddle Imua, 6th in M2M then 3rd in the Kamolo and 3rd in the M2O... talk about a force to be reckoned with! This year Axel has deferred his engineering degree to pursue the world of downwind foil racing, and this Hawaii Race season he's shown that he's one of the top athletes to look out for. Axel is set to compete in the French and Australian legs of the Downwind Foil World tour, we can't wait to follow along!!
