Trump’s former lawyer, Michael Cohen is expected to finish testifying. The defense doesn’t have many witnesses to call so closing arguments may not be far off. An article in the New York Times suggests prosecutors have law and precedent on their side.

According to a New York Times report, an upside down American flag flapped in the breeze over Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito’s house in 2021. The symbol historically means distress, but was co-opted by “Stop the Steal “activists who claimed the 2020 presidential election was not valid. Justices are supposed to avoid the appearance of any bias, but the flag was present as Justice Alito considered cases regarding the election. He claims his wife put the flag up in response to a neighbor’s offensive yard sign. Neighbors say Martha-Ann Alito had an ongoing argument with neighbors who planted an anti-Trump sign with an expletive on their front lawn. Political analyst and journalist Michael Shure will join us to discuss Justice Alito’s flag, the Trump trial and much more. Is Rudy Giuliani hiding out to avoid being served with an indictment notice? Arizona prosecutors have tried for weeks to find Giuliani to no avail. The building staff at his residence is refusing any deliveries of documents and Giuliani is not responding to any communications. The indictment is connected to the plot to overturn the 2020 Arizona election results. Political analyst and presidential historian John Rothmann will share his thoughts. Belinda Waymouth is back with “It’s the Planet, Stupid!” She looks at what we will lose if Trump is elected and has to make good on his deal with fossil fuel company leaders.

Michael Cohen continues his testimony in the Trump criminal hush money trial. While Cohen connected all the dots prosecutors have made with multiple witnesses thus far, Trump feigned disinterest and mostly sat with his eyes closed avoiding eye contact. Today, the defense gets to cross examine Cohen.
