    Episode 19 - Creating a positive team culture

    In today's episode we are talking about team culture.  What actually is team culture all about? How can we create a team culture? We share the key elements that are necessary when creating a POSITIVE team culture as well as chatting about ways to handle difficulties that may arise on the team, because they are bound to happen some point or another.  Veronica and I collectively have been leading a team in direct sales for over 4+ years. We have gained a lot of insight during this time and want to shed light on this topic that we are very passionate about.     Episode 14 - Selling without being "salsey"

    In today's episode we are talking about selling without being "salsey". We all know "that girl" who is constantly spamming our feeds with products... It can get annoying, right? On todays episode we are going to chat about ways you can reach others with your product or service, without being "gross" or feeling "icky". We are going to give you our top tips on how to become a GREAT social seller without leaving a bad taste in someones mouth. We talk about the importance of sharing your product/s (not just selling them) and how to incorporate your personal life into what it is that you are offering. We also touch on the topic of finding a 'niche' and how doing this will help you target a more specific customer base, who will actually benefit from your products. Being in direct sales for 4+ years respectively, Veronica and I know how important it is to remember to SERVE our customers. We teach you ways how NOT to let this opposition affect you, while also giving you the tools you need to push forward!
