She has gotten married, had 2 kids, climbed the ladder with Athletico, coaches hockey, and about a million other things. We talk about Physical Therapy and, more specifically, her speciality, concussions. We also talk about working out during pregnancy, working out post-pregnancy, and finding what works for you with your workouts & nutrition. Over the last couple of months, Kimi has seen some amazing changes by simply identifying and doing what works for her. We dive into that, as well! We also have a Local Flexx first with 6 (SIX!!!) tips that Kimi brings the noise with!
