Christoper is the chief counsel for the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission. ⚖️ His prior duties include assistant section chief of the New Jersey Health and Human Services Department. There, he piloted the agency and the state's Department of Health through the novel legal issues that arose during the COVID-19 pandemic. Now, as chief counsel at the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission, Christopher is tasked with establishing and enforcing the laws, rules, and regulations governing all aspects of the state's cannabis marketplace. Summary Judgment 📚 by Donald Cameron Clark Jr.

In this episode of New Jersey Criminal Podcast, Meg and Donald Cameron Clark Jr discuss his forthcoming memoir entitled Summary Judgment. A 1979 graduate of Rutgers Law School in Camden, Don was working as a litigation associate for one of the oldest and most venerable law firms in Chicago when, in 1986, he volunteered to serve as a pro bono attorney for the American Bar Association’s Death Penalty Representation Project. Don was assigned to represent Tommy Hamilton, who at the age of 20, shot and killed his boss in Alabama and was sentenced to death. Summary Judgment is a firsthand account of Don’s efforts to save Tommy’s life.
