We Are the Royal Priesthood – Priest E7

The High Priest Showdown – Priest E5

Doomed to Fail? – Priest E3
The origins of Israel’s royal priesthood are anything but glamorous. In this episode, discover just how important the failed priesthood is to the story of the Bible.
The Family of God series
I always enjoy listening to the podcast. They are informative and encourages deep reflection on the Bible, its story and all of its themes. I especially enjoyed the 1st podcast in the Family of God series. It is wonderful to hear about Christianity being as global as it is, and it makes me happy that I have something so dear to me in common with many people around the world. I hope and pray that God's kingdom on earth continues to grow, and that all the earth shall sing praises to our Lord and Savior!!
Invitation to deeper investigation
Their videos are excellent.
So I started listening to the podcasts.
They are enjoyable to listen and informative.
Started listening from the first episode only just recently.
But as Tim Mackie presents his view of Genesis chapter 1 and 2 (episodes 10, 11 and 12), things started to unravel for me.
Either we let God’s word speak to us in its plain reading or man (meaning other biblical scholars) decides what God meant (or did not say).
It is a matter of authority: and after listening to these episodes, I came out thinking he has obviously studied and researched much but has decided that what God had called ‘good’ or ‘very good’ at the end of each creation day was not good enough.
I want to be able to trust God’s word and I have to give this podcast a thumbs down.
So helpful, great, insightful, eye opening, informative, excellent, super, fun, surprising, educational, Biblical, theological, free, satisfying, easy to understand, true, truth, powerful, inspiring, grounded, full, robust, humble, ambitious, hopeful, fantastic and intelligent.
