    It has to get worse before it gets better

    There is no specified time, given by any expert that how much time it takes to recover from something bad that has happened in your life before. But you have to understand that “It gets worse before it starts to get better”. And that is how it works, you will be haunted by the pieces of the shattered glass, which are still lying on the floor, and you are afraid to go in that room because you are afraid that you might get hurt. Sometimes, you need to carry a broom with you and clean the floor yourself, you need to understand that maybe you will step on one or two pieces of broken glass and you might get hurt, but after that it will never happen again. Your present is a gift for you, and past no matter what it was good or bad, it is gone, long gone. It can not hurt, it can only haunt you, and you need to clean that room where it stays, you have to make space for other things, better things. -Shantanu Singh

    Differences

    Different! Imagine being in a place where everyone is same and you are sitting on a bench on a street, and noticing people around you, looking at their similarities, their culture, their accent, their language, their stories, their journeys. Till then everything will seem a lot normal, but soon you are going to find everything is a little weird, when you will notice that everybody’s tastes are same, their thinking are same. Their way of judging people is same, and soon it will start to annoy you. And then you will understand that why it is necessary to be different, why is this beautiful to be different, why you feel so unique when you are in a crowd surrounded by people. Because your differences are the ones that make you unique. What makes you special. -Shantanu Singh

    Hey Its me This is important If you guys think that there are people who are suffering from anxiety, depression, or even a bad phase of their lives. Share it with them Even the people who seem to be fine. *"What happened, shouldn't have happened."* If you are feeling alone at times, or feeling depressed stay close to the people you love, share it with them. Don't feel alone just because you are surrounded by wrong people. You need to believe in youself. You need to love yourself. -Shantanu Singh
