    Why understanding your brain is key to making self-help work

    Are you struggling with making personal development strategies last? Why does change seem so difficult? Self-help books tend to come with a one-size-fix-all for personal development, but we are not all wired exactly the same. Our brains are actually more different than you might think. Once you learn more about how the brain actually functions and what your unique set up is, you can learn how to better choose and use all of the advice that is out there. Because it is (most often) great advice, just not for everyone at any time.
