Unstoppable and Just Getting Started - Toni Will Shares her Story

Toni Will is a sports executive, speaker, author, and alcohol-free performance coach who believes you can lead boldly, live fully, and build a meaningful life without alcohol. She currently serves as the General Manager and Governor of the Kalamazoo Wings, a professional hockey team in the ECHL, where she has spent more than a decade leading teams, driving innovation, and navigating high-pressure environments in a male-dominated industry. Outside of hockey, Toni is the founder of ToniWill.com, a platform dedicated to helping high-performing women and men rethink their relationship with alcohol, redefine success, and create sustainable momentum in their personal and professional lives. She is the host of the Women In… podcast, where she facilitates candid conversations around leadership, resilience, sobriety, and personal growth, and she is the creator of empowHER, an annual women’s empowerment conference in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Toni has been alcohol-free for several years and coaches clients using a behavior-first approach that emphasizes practical tools, boundaries, and identity shifts rather than labels or perfection. She is a TEDx speaker and the author of the forthcoming book Not the Norm, which explores leadership, reinvention, and owning your story. Known for her candid storytelling, humor, and real-world insight, Toni helps people challenge norms, build confidence, and create lives they are proud of.
