    EP99: Future Tense Practice | Japanese Grammar

    Practice talking about the future in Japanese! 🇯🇵 In this practice episode, we’ll review three common ways to talk about future plans: ～ます～つもりです～よていです For example: Raishuu, Kyouto ni ikimasu.I’m going to Kyoto next week. Ashita, hatarakimasu.I’m working tomorrow. Raigetsu, Toukyou ni iku tsumori desu.I’m planning to go to Tokyo next month. Ashita wa, haisha ni iku yotei desu.I have a dentist appointment tomorrow. We’ll practice natural Japanese sentences and think about which expression sounds most natural for each situation.     EP97 :Nai Form Practice | Japanese Grammar

    Practice the nai form in natural, everyday Japanese! In this episode, we first practice basic verb pairs: taberu → tabenaiiku → ikanainomu → nomanaikau → kawanaimiru → minai Then, we use the nai form in different situations and practice expressions like: kyou wa dekakenai yokyou wa osake o nomanai tsumori desukyou wa nanimo kawanai tsumori desukyowai eiga wa minai yo You’ll also hear different ways to make the nai form sound natural in conversation, such as yo, desu, tsumori, and more casual patterns.
