    What do you do when your in a pissy mood, and need to get out? You change your story. Here’s the thing, you can tell all kinds of stories and still be right. Its a feeling, and when you have been hurt, you go negative. When, you can look at it through many different lenses. Challenge your kids, partner or even yourself, to find an alternate story. Then ask which story do you want to tell?

    *Perspective -a particular attitude toward or way of regarding something; a point of view. - In this episode, Kelly and Mark see things a little different when it comes to changing their mindset. Do you look at someone’s situation and think, “what do I have to complain about.” Or do you see it as “if they can do it so can I.” Do you draw your perspective from the strength of others that have it worse, or the strength of others that have made it from nothing?
