More of these, please! I especially appreciated the discussion of Ms Meloni. Reminded me of a Tom Friedman editorial quoting an Israeli Prime Minister (Sharon I think): “I can see things from here [in the PM seat] that I couldn’t see from there”, but with a lot more depth. Discussion of how to make government work under rule of law, even if we don’t much approve of its goals (vs “what this government is doing wrong”) is sorely needed. I really appreciate PSTW’s efforts in that direction, and this Shapiro interview was about as good as it gets. **Do better guys: help your guests** The news part was great as usual, but you did Rula Jebreal no favors by letting her sound like a conspiracy theorist. There were a spate of inaccuracies (“Israel the only occupying country” ignores Crimea; the Palestinians are not “slaves”, they are an oppressed occupied people whose economy has been destroyed by the occupation) and many unsubstantiated accusations. Not what I expect from PSTW. Push back on (or clarify) the BS, do some homework and back up the guest’s statements with facts, slow them down and let them tell the facts their way. You could even put on the sackcloth and ask how your administration could have done it better. P.S. Let me be clear: this was your bad as hosts, not hers.

I love you guys and all your podcasts but while this podcasts pretends to maintain a world focus almost every episode spends a lot of time covering news related to Israel. The rest of the world is not covered here with any focus.
