To raise awareness for infant loss, and help others who face these challenges feel supported as they navigate the loss of a child. This podcast is intended to support and help everyone, whether you are experiencing child loss yourself, of know someone who is, my hope is to make this topic less taboo, so that everyone may take something away to help their loved ones.

    The Unexpected Loss Of My Baby After An Uncomplicated Home Birth

    In Episode 1 of the Sanamama Podcast, I share my birth story, and the unexpected death of my first born son Dash Ra. Born at 41 weeks, he took his last breath 7 hours after a blissful and uncomplicated free birth. What came next would be months of wondering if he could've been saved, navigating postpartum without my son, and finding out his cause of death 3.5 months after he passed.
