I found Self-Helpless when I was really deppressed and stressed about everything - I was drinking heavily every single day just to get through my days until I found Self-Helpless. One day, I searched "Depression" on Podcast and stumbled upon the episode about depression on Self-Helpless, and it completely changed my life! I stopped drinking and started going to yoga classes instead whenever I feel stressed, and I've been making so many other positive changes because Taylor, Delanie, and Kelsey all inspire me to be better in every aspect of my life. I also became 99% plant-based after listening to the episode about a plant-based diet. Every episode is like a therapy session to me in a way because I feel so much better and inspired every time I listen to an episode of Self-Helpless. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

Good content but can’t stand one of the girls laugh. Can be really annoying when someone laughs like that on a podcast.
