The SUSD Podcast has been a regular weekend pleasure for me!
I usually do my cooking or baking and it always feels like listening to my friends, who sit behind me on the sofa, discussing everything board game.
From a “how to” to for whom the games might be good, with a bit of history and background story strewn in. I also appreciate that more serious topics like racism or sexism are not blended out, but actually talked about if needed.
Personally I prefer light board games, as I mostly use them with my English students (7 y-50 y), yet I never get tired of listening to the more in-depth explanations or discussions in the show.
What I love most though is the passion that everyone has when they talk about their favorite or not so favorite games. I end up laughing, giggling or at least chuckling every episode.
Each member contributes to the podcast with their uniqueness! And not having always the same members is kind of cool?! I’m always looking forward to see (hear) who is in the episode. (Always excited no matter who is there).
For me it is very wholesome to listen to the show!
My cookies are baked and I am already eagerly awaiting the next episode!
Thank you for the hard work!
