    Josh Hughes: Tourette's And Finding Your Confidence

    Barber Josh Hughes (@hughesandcobarbers) has shot to social media fame since sharing insights into his life living and working with Tourette’s Syndrome – a condition that causes a person to make involuntary sounds and movements called tics. Whilst Josh is also able to enjoy the funny side of posting sweary haircut videos on TikTok, he’s deeply passionate about sharing his journey in order to create more awareness of the condition and others feel less alone. With Tasha, he explains what it was like going through childhood after first experiencing tics following a “minor” ski accident – and how becoming his own boss has given him the freedom to thrive as his best self.     Tom Malone Jr: Living With Autism

    Gogglebox star and professional dancer, Tom Malone Jr, describes finding out he has autism at age 28. After noticing similar characteristics in himself and his autistic nephew, he decided to get himself tested to see if he was also on the autistic spectrum. Then in June 2022, Tom was diagnosed with autism - which he says explains a lot.     Andrew Le Page: Staying Positive Through Tough Times

    Andrew and Tasha both met on hit TV show ‘Love Island’ in 2022, but it was only after leaving the show that Tasha learned about the challenges Andrew had faced growing up. Born with dyslexia, Andrew admits to having struggled fitting in at school, so he set his eyes on becoming a professional hockey player. After years of playing and training, Andrew discovered he had caused permanent damage to his knee which took him out of the sport for life. Additionally, Andrew was then told by doctors that he had a brain tumour.     Dr. Alex George: Keeping Your Mind Clear

    TV Doctor, self help author and mental health ambassador for 10 Downing Street, Dr Alex George joins Tasha in the studio! Since leaving Love Island in 2018, Dr. Alex has always been promoting the importance of leading a healthy life, both physically and mentally. This was after he had a long hard battle with his own mental health after the passing of his younger brother Llŷr. Since then, Dr. Alex has been sharing his own mental health journey online, highlighting what works for him and continues helping people better understand their emotions. Dr. Alex recently had been diagnosed with ADHD at age 31, something he expected he had for a long time. In this episode, I talk to him about the realities of living with ADHD and what that now means for him now. We also delve into the issue of mental health and how we can all best equip ourselves to cope on hard days.

    Izzie Rodgers is an acne-embracing skincare content creator who has worked with the likes of Superdrug, ASOS and Harrods to teach self-love and combat body shaming. After a life of having clear skin, Izzie first got cystic acne months before her 21st birthday. The sudden outburst of spots drained all of Izzie’s confidence and negatively affected her mental health, causing her to stay in bed all day and never leave the house. After much time trying to hide her appearance, Izzie decided to embrace it, posting unedited photos online of her acne journey which led her to where she is today. Izzie now uses her channels to share content centred around body positivity, acne, beauty, and self care - all of which is always delivered with a sense of unfiltered authenticity.
