I talk about my decision to close my wellness space after months of work and investment, and why I believe moving quickly when something isn’t working is so important, even when it’s uncomfortable. I share parts of my own transition, including leaving a long-term relationship and sitting in the unknown of what’s next.     In this episode of the Balance CEO podcast, I share a real, honest update on where I’m at in life and business. After having my best financial week at Wellness Haven, I realised that even though things looked good on paper, the business was starting to impact my life and relationships. So I made the call to close Wellness Haven to the public and keep supporting my regular clients - because my girl and wellbeing matter more to me than pushing through something that no longer fits. I talk about my goal of becoming a millionaire by 35 and the uncomfortable truth that sometimes growth means letting go of things that aren’t taking you where you actually want to go. I also share what’s next for me - exploring content creation and event filming, leaning into creative directing, navigating my relationship with nicotine, and learning how to live a healthier, more balanced life through change. I wrap up with what I’m excited about, including a birthday trip to Bali and investing in coaching to support my next level. This episode is really about trusting your intuition, backing yourself, and being brave enough to choose change when it feels easier not to.
