I am an energy worker. There. I said it! This is no easy confession because I see myself as a normal, married woman in my 50's with a hunky hubby, 2 kids and a dog; living in the mid-west and working as a speech-language pathologist. AND, I see and feel energy, work with people to assist them as they release energy that "no longer serves" and guide them through a process of energetic body/mind/soul attunement.     What is Eating Your Energy?

    Are you willingly allowing your energy field to be sucked dry by outside energetic structures? It’s highly likely that in at least one area of your life, you are!     What Happens in the Energy Field?

    The other day I had a friend from work say, "Hey! I saw your Instagram profile and see you are an Energy Worker. Cool!".  For a few seconds I had a slight panic attack as I scrambled to get ready to answer the inevitable question, "So, what happens in an energy session?"     Coming Out of the Energy Closet

    I am an energy worker. There. I said it!   This is no easy confession because I see myself as a normal, married woman in my 50's with a hunky hubby, 2 kids and a dog; living in the mid-west and working as a speech-language pathologist.  AND, I see and feel energy, work with people to assist them as they release energy that "no longer serves" and guide them through a process of energetic body/mind/soul attunement.   Believe me when I say, this is all very strange and completely, wonderfully mind blowing stuff! Did I train to do this?  When I look back over my life, I realize I have been on this path since I was a young child.  More specifically, over the past 3 years my intuition nudged me to learn more about meditation & energy, and in the process, I connected with and tuned into a part of myself that has always been with me.   The more people I work with, the more confirmation I receive that what we experience together, "in the field" of conscious energy, is very real.  When we can tap into that space together and see where soul wants to go, AMAZING healings and transformations happen. The intention of this podcast is to share some of the lessons I have learned and experiences I've had working "in the field" of energy that is around and inside each and every one of us.  I'm excited for you to join me and hope you will send me some of your field notes as well!
