    To celebrate the first birthday of the Week in Beef, the team decided to act on a recommendation from earlier this year to cook a steak in the air fryer. While the results were mixed on the air fryer steak, there was also plenty of news to cover: GDL managing director Peter Daniel give his take on the big numbers of cattle going through the Roma and Dalby saleyards. Jon Condon chats to Australian Agricultural Company managing director David Harris about the company’s financial results.
