Hometown Ghost Stories dives into the history of haunted locations and investigates why and how these places earned their terrifying reputation. Rob, Dave and Jesse go live every Tuesday night, after a 15-20 minute uninterrupted, documentary-style breakdown on the case. You can even join the show - as many do, during the live broadcasts on YouTube, Tuesday nights at 9pm EST, as we talk ghosts, demons, poltergeists, and the horrifying true tales that led to these hauntings.

EP 122 - Ghosts of the Civil War: Antietam | Sharpsburg, MD
Sharpsburg is a small town in the central panhandle of Maryland. It would otherwise be known as a quiet innocuous town had it not been for one of the deadliest days in American history. In 1862, the Confederate Army marched into Sharpsburg and engaged Union forces in the bloodiest single day of the entire civil war. Now the town is haunted by the events of that fateful day; and ghosts of some of the soldiers who lost their lives there still linger behind.

EP 121 - The Haunting of Room 32 ft. Jim Harold | Jerome, AZ
The United Verde Hospital was constructed in 1926 and tended to the sick and wounded workers who mined for copper during the early 20th century. The hospital saw an estimated 9000 deaths, before it closed its doors and lay abandoned for decades. Eventually the building would be turned into the Jerome Grand Hotel, but almost immediately, staff and guests started reporting strange and haunting experiences in their rooms and all over the hotel. From shadow figures, to poltergeist activity and ghostly cats, to something more dangerous and malevolent... the Jerome Grand Hotel has no shortage of terrifying stories.

Dark Mysteries - Mel's Hole
Rob introduces Jesse and Dave to the wild mystery of Mel's Hole. Mel's Hole is, according to an urban legend, a "bottomless pit" near Ellensburg, Washington. Claims about it were first made on the radio show Coast to Coast AM in 1997 by a guest calling himself Mel Waters. Later investigation revealed no such person was listed as residing in that area, and no credible evidence has been given that the hole ever existed.
