Living Life Eternal through Jesus the Christ | 3650 Minutes of Prayer

This is Day Forty-Three of 3650 Minutes of Prayer. Today, we delve into the mystery of eternal life as revealed in John 17:1–3. We recognize that eternal life is not merely a destination we reach after death, but a present reality we inhabit through a vital union with Christ. To live eternally is to live permanently in Christ—to abide in the One who has authority over all mankind and who pleaded with the Father to bring us into this divine fellowship. We understand that because we possess eternal life, we function from a heavenly position. We are seated in Christ at the right hand of God, and it is from this eternal vantage point that we declare His will on earth. Eternal life means that the "Greater One" lives within us, transforming our bodies into the temple of the Lord. It empowers our tongues with the authority of the Kingdom: what we confess on earth aligns with what is established in heaven. As the salt and light of this world, we manifest the permanence of His Kingdom here and now, proving that eternity has already begun within the heart of the believer. We now yield to the reality of this life. we ask the Spirit of God to deepen our awareness of our eternal identity. We declare that we are not bound by the limitations of this world, but are governed by the life of Christ that flows through us, bringing the atmosphere of heaven into every space we occupy. Prayer & Revelation Scriptures (NKJV) John 17:1–3"Jesus spoke these words, lifted up His eyes to heaven, and said: 'Father, the hour has come. Glorify Your Son, that Your Son also may glorify You, as You have given Him authority over all flesh, that He should give eternal life to as many as You have given Him. And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.'" 1 John 4:4"You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world." Ephesians 2:6"And raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus." Proverbs 18:21"Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit." Matthew 6:10"Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven." 1 Corinthians 6:19"Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own?" Matthew 5:13–14"You are the salt of the earth... You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden." There is One true God, the Creator of all things, revealed in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. There is One God and One Spirit Who has redeemed us all. I am Mathew Sekanjako, a believer in Christ Jesus (Y’shua HaMashiach), the one Son of God. I serve and confess God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. This intercession is offered in faith, in obedience, and in love, for all who will listen.

The Holy Spirit testifying through our spirit that Christ is King, YHWH the Alpha and Omega | 3650 Minutes of Prayer

This is Day Forty-Two of 3650 Minutes of Prayer. Today, we moved beyond the limitations of human language and yielded entirely to the utterance of the Spirit. In a deep place of intercession, we spent our time speaking in tongues, allowing the Spirit of God to pray through us with groanings that cannot be uttered. As we yielded our tongues, our spirits were locked in a singular, rhythmic confession: "You are the King of kings, You are the Lord of lords, You are the Alpha and the Omega." We recognize that this is the primary work of the Holy Spirit—to testify to our spirit that we are children of God and to exalt the Lordship of Y’shua HaMashiach. To call Him Alpha and Omega is to acknowledge YHWH as the Beginning and the End, the One who encompasses all of time and eternity. Today was not about petitioning for needs, but about the high priestly duty of worship—aligning our breath with His Spirit to declare His supreme authority over the heavens and the earth. We now rest in the echo of this heavenly language. We carry the conviction that the King of kings is seated on the throne of our hearts. We declare that from the beginning to the end, His reign is absolute, and His Spirit continues to testify of His glory within us. Prayer & Revelation Scriptures (NKJV) Romans 8:26"Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered." Romans 8:16"The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God." Revelation 19:16"And He has on His robe and on His thigh a name written: KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS." Revelation 1:8"I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End,” says the Lord, “who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty." 1 Corinthians 14:2"For he who speaks in a tongue does not speak to men but to God, for no one understands him; however, in the spirit he speaks mysteries." 1 Corinthians 12:3"Therefore I make known to you that no one speaking by the Spirit of God calls Jesus accursed, and no one can say that Jesus is Lord except by the Holy Spirit." There is One true God, the Creator of all things, revealed in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. There is One God and One Spirit Who has redeemed us all. I am Mathew Sekanjako, a believer in Christ Jesus (Y’shua HaMashiach), the one Son of God. I serve and confess God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. The Encounters of the Holy Spirit | 3650 Minutes of Prayer

This is Day Forty-One of 3650 Minutes of Prayer. Today, we focus on the reality of encountering the Spirit of God. We move beyond theory into the direct, life-altering experience of His presence. From the burning bush where Moses stood on holy ground to the prophetic fire that empowered Elijah and Elisha, the history of God’s people is a history of encounters. We see this empowerment perfectly manifested in Y’shua, who performed miracles, signs, and wonders through the Spirit. We look to John 20, where the Risen Christ appeared to Mary Magdalene and later to His disciples behind closed doors. His first act was to breathe on them and say, "Receive the Holy Spirit." This was not a suggestion, but a command to take the very life of God into their being. Whether it was the forty days of appearances after the resurrection or the dramatic light that struck Paul on the road to Damascus, these encounters prove that the Spirit is not bound by walls, formulas, or human logic. As the Word says, the Spirit is like the wind—unpredictable and sovereign. Our role is simply to maintain a posture of heart that is always expecting and ready to "take" what He is pouring out. We now yield to the wind of the Spirit. We cast aside formulas and rigid expectations, opening our hearts to a fresh encounter. We declare that in these days, the Holy Spirit is moving to encounter His people, bringing revelation, empowerment, and the boldness to witness to the ends of the earth. Prayer & Revelation Scriptures (One New Man Bible & NKJV) John 20:21–22 (One New Man Bible)"Then Jesus said to them again, 'Peace to you! Just as the Father has sent Me, I also send you.' And after saying this He breathed on them and said to them, 'Receive [Take] the Holy Spirit.'" John 3:8 (NKJV)"The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit." Exodus 3:2 (NKJV)"And the Angel of the Lord appeared to him in a flame of fire from the midst of a bush. So he looked, and behold, the bush was burning with fire, but the bush was not consumed." Acts 9:3–5 (NKJV)"As he journeyed he came near Damascus, and suddenly a light shone around him from heaven. Then he fell to the ground, and heard a voice saying to him, 'Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting Me?'" Acts 1:3 (NKJV)"...to whom He also presented Himself alive after His suffering by many infallible proofs, being seen by them during forty days and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God." John 20:16 (NKJV)"Jesus said to her, 'Mary!' She turned and said to Him, 'Rabboni!' (which is to say, Teacher)." There is One true God, the Creator of all things, revealed in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. There is One God and One Spirit Who has redeemed us all. I am Mathew Sekanjako, a believer in Christ Jesus (Y’shua HaMashiach), the one Son of God. I serve and confess God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. The Kairos Moment of the Spirit | 3650 Minutes of Prayer

This is Day Forty of 3650 Minutes of Prayer. Today, we meditate on the divine intersection of time and power found in Acts 3:1–10. We explore the mystery of the "Beautiful Gate," which in the original Greek (hōraios) means more than just aesthetic beauty—it signifies something "timely," "ripe," or "at the right hour." For years, the lame man sat in chronos (sequential, clock time), marking the minutes and hours of his suffering. But at the ninth hour—the 3 p.m. hour of prayer—the Holy Spirit orchestrated a Kairos moment: a God-appointed window of opportunity where the eternal broke into the temporal. We recognize that our faithfulness in the chronos moments—our daily rhythms of prayer, our consistency, and our "waiting" at the gate—prepares us for the Kairos breakthroughs of the Spirit. When Peter and John approached the temple, they weren't just following a schedule; they were filled with the Spirit, ready to seize the "ripe" moment for a miracle. The same Spirit that empowered them at the ninth hour—the very hour Y'shua completed His sacrifice on the cross—is the Spirit that lives in us today to redeem, restore, and leap into new seasons of life. We now yield to the timing of YHWH. We ask the Holy Spirit to sharpen our spiritual senses so we do not miss the Kairos moments hidden within our daily chronos. We declare that as we avail ourselves and wait upon the Lord, we are being aligned for supernatural breakthroughs that will cause the world to marvel at the name of Y'shua HaMashiach. Prayer & Revelation Scriptures (NKJV) Acts 3:1–3, 6–8"Now Peter and John went up together to the temple at the hour of prayer, the ninth hour. And a certain man lame from his mother’s womb was carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful... Then Peter said, 'Silver and gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk.' And he took him by the right hand and lifted him up, and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength. So he, leaping up, stood and walked and entered the temple with them—walking, leaping, and praising God." Mark 1:15"The time [Kairos] is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand. Repent, and believe in the gospel." Acts 1:8"But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth." Galatians 6:9"And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season [Kairos] we shall reap if we do not lose heart." There is One true God, the Creator of all things, revealed in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. There is One God and One Spirit Who has redeemed us all. I am Mathew Sekanjako, a believer in Christ Jesus (Y’shua HaMashiach), the one Son of God. I serve and confess God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. The Way of Life Through the Word of God | 3650 Minutes of Prayer

This is Day Thirty-Nine of 3650 Minutes of Prayer. Today, we focus on a simple but profound truth: the Word of God is not just a book; it is life itself. We encourage every believer to return to the Scriptures with fresh hunger, recognizing that abiding in the Word is the only way to truly live. As we see in John 15, when we abide in His Word, He abides in us. This is how we fellowship with the Father—as He reveals His heart to ours through the living text. Without the Word, we cannot truly discern the person of the Holy Spirit, for it is the Spirit of God who testifies to our spirit that we are children of God. We recognize that the Word is Christ Himself—the Word who was in the beginning, through whom all things were made. By consecrating ourselves to the Scriptures, we are consecrating ourselves to Christ. The Word acts as a double-edged sword, giving us the discernment to understand the things of the Kingdom of Heaven that the world cannot see. When we understand the Word, we stop walking in confusion and start walking in the boldness of our identity. Faith comes by hearing, and life comes by the Word. We now yield to the presence of the Lord. We ask that the Spirit of God would breathe upon the pages as we read, turning ink into revelation and knowledge into life. Let us be a people who do not just live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of YHWH. Prayer & Revelation Scriptures (NKJV) John 1:1, 3"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God... All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made." Romans 10:17"So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God." John 15:7"If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you." Romans 8:16"The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God." Hebrews 4:12"For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart." Matthew 4:4"But He answered and said, 'It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.'" There is One true God, the Creator of all things, revealed in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. There is One God and One Spirit Who has redeemed us all. I am Mathew Sekanjako, a believer in Christ Jesus (Y’shua HaMashiach), the one Son of God. I serve and confess God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. Walk your walk to bring more to Christ | 3650 Minutes of Prayer

This is Day Thirty-Eight of 3650 Minutes of Prayer. Today, we focus on the call to "walk your walk," modeled after the church of the Thessalonians. This was a young, mostly Gentile congregation birthed in a strategic, bustling hub of trade and pagan cults. Despite intense persecution and the sudden departure of their leaders, they stood firm. Like them, we live in a pluralistic, pressuring environment, yet we are called to be a model community whose faith, love, and hope spread throughout the whole region. We encourage one another with the truth of 1 Thessalonians 4:13–14. We do not sorrow as those who have no hope; for we know that those who sleep in Christ will be raised. This hope fuels our mission to bring more people to Y'shua. We learn from the persistence of Moses, who went back to Pharaoh time and again despite a hardened heart, and from the servant of Elijah, whose faith allowed him to go seven times until he saw the cloud the size of a man’s hand. We do not pray as a "backup" or a last resort; we pray as people seated at the right hand of God, more than conquerors, using intercession to move things in the spirit and the physical realm. We now yield to the Spirit of God. We ask for the persistence of the servant and the boldness of the Thessalonians. May our walk be so distinct that it draws others to the light of Christ, and may we never grow weary in sharing the Word, for the greatest gift is seeing the lost come home. Prayer & Revelation Scriptures 1 Thessalonians 4:13–14 (NKJV)"But I do not want you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning those who have fallen asleep, lest you sorrow as others who have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who sleep in Jesus." Romans 8:37 (AMP)"Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors and gain an overwhelming victory through Him who loved us [so much that He died for us]." Exodus 7:1–3 (NKJV)"So the Lord said to Moses: 'See, I have made you as God to Pharaoh... and I will harden Pharaoh’s heart, and multiply My signs and My wonders in the land of Egypt.'" 1 Kings 18:43–44 (NKJV)"And he said to his servant, 'Go up now, look toward the sea.' So he went up and looked, and said, 'There is nothing.' And seven times he said, 'Go again.' Then it came to pass the seventh time, that he said, 'There is a cloud, as small as a man’s hand, rising out of the sea!'" Mark 12:31 (NKJV)"And the second, like it, is this: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these." Ephesians 2:6 (NKJV)"And raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus." There is One true God, the Creator of all things, revealed in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. There is One God and One Spirit Who has redeemed us all. I am Mathew Sekanjako, a believer in Christ Jesus (Y’shua HaMashiach), the one Son of God. I serve and confess God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. I am grateful to say Y’shua HaMashiach | 3650 Minutes of Prayer

This is Day Thirty-Seven of 3650 Minutes of Prayer. Today’s intercession is a profound confession of gratitude for Y’shua HaMashiach. We move beyond routine into a deeper realization of the wisdom bestowed upon us through our union with Him. We meditate on the staggering truth of 1 Corinthians 2:16, recognizing that we have been granted the mind of Christ—to be guided by His very thoughts, intents, and purposes. We connect this divine perspective to the wonder found in Psalm 8, marveling that the Creator of the universe is mindful of us. Just as God gave man dominion in the beginning, even inviting Adam to name the creatures of the earth, He has restored to us a position of authority and wisdom. Having the mind of Christ means walking in the same dominion and clarity that was established from the foundations of the world. As we grow in this wisdom, our hearts are brought to the ultimate place of surrender and confession in Y’shua HaMashiach. We now yield to this divine mind. We cast down every thought that exalts itself against the knowledge of God and align our focus with His eternal purposes. In this place of wisdom and gratitude, we abide in Him and rest in His mindfulness of us. Prayer & Revelation Scriptures (AMP) 1 Corinthians 2:16 "For who has known the mind and purposes of the Lord, so as to instruct Him? But we have the mind of Christ [to be guided by His thoughts and purposes]." Psalm 8:4–6 "What is man that You are mindful of him, and the son of [earthborn] man that You care for him? Yet You have made him a little lower than God, and You crown him with glory and majesty. You made him to have dominion over the works of Your hands; You have put all things under his feet." Genesis 2:19 "So out of the ground the Lord God formed every animal of the field and every bird of the air, and brought them to Adam to see what he would call them; and whatever the man called a living creature, that was its name." There is One true God, the Creator of all things, revealed in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. There is One God and One Spirit Who has redeemed us all. I am Mathew Sekanjako, a believer in Christ Jesus (Y’shua HaMashiach), the one Son of God. I serve and confess God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. The Presence of YHWH | 3650 Minutes of Prayer

This is Day Thirty-Six of 3650 Minutes of Prayer. Today, we laid aside every distraction to dwell exclusively in the presence of the Lord. There was no need for complex explanations or intellectual analysis; our focus was solely on the sacred act of abiding. We immersed ourselves in the truth of John 15:1–11, recognizing that our very life and fruitfulness depend entirely on remaining deeply rooted in the True Vine. To abide is to linger, to stay, and to find our home in Him. The atmosphere of our intercession was defined by the rhythmic decree of Psalm 136. As we prayed, we anchored our hearts in the eternal nature of His character, echoing the truth that His lovingkindness and mercy endure forever. We spent our time not in petition, but in the pure pursuit of His face, allowing the Spirit of God to saturate our being. In this space of quiet union and persistent praise, we found the strength that only comes from being in the Presence. We now yield to this lingering peace. We carry the fragrance of the Vine with us, remaining in a posture of constant communion. We declare that His mercy continues to go before us, and we rest in the simple, powerful reality of being found in Him. Today's Scriptural Anchor (NKJV) John 15:1–11“I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser. Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit. You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you. Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me. I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing. If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned. If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you. By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples. As the Father loved Me, I also have loved you; abide in My love. If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love. These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full.” Psalm 136:1–3, 26“Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever. Oh, give thanks to the God of gods! For His mercy endures forever. Oh, give thanks to the Lord of lords! For His mercy endures forever... Oh, give thanks to the God of heaven! For His mercy endures forever.” There is One true God, the Creator of all things, revealed in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. There is One God and One Spirit Who has redeemed us all. I am Mathew Sekanjako, a believer in Christ Jesus (Yeshua HaMashiach), the one Son of God.
