Many women struggle with the same issues and I want to show you that you are not alone, but also give you the tools and inspiration to keep going. I love parkour and it has added so much to my life in terms of confidence, growth mindset, resilience through hard challenges, and the ability to fail regularly in front of people and be okay with that, knowing that I'm getting stronger and improving.
