Targets of noncitizen terrorist removal proceedings — including legal permanent residents — are not permitted to review the evidence against them, and unlike in criminal proceedings, they are barred from legally challenging how the evidence was collected by the government. • An explosion at a port on Egypt’s Mediterranean coast set fire to two ships, including a U.S. gas storage tanker, according to maritime tracking firms.
