    EALING

    Today’s guest is one i’ve been trying to get on the show for almost a year, seriously, our conversation starts back in November. A DJ and producer who really questions the idea of “genre” by fluently floating between every different form of electronic music you can think of, from IDM, bass, pop, glitch, noise, hip-hop and putting them all on the same record or mix. Technically a Sydney based artist, question mark, for the past year, ealing has been living in Taiwan, performing and making new music. Since he was on last, he’s continued shaking up the rap scene with his euphonic beats and die-cast bars.     T BREEZY

    Today’s guest is T Breezy, a Gamilaraay rapper from Inverell NSW. Coming onto the scene with his debut EP ‘2360’, which won album of the week honours here at fbi radio, T Breezy brought a harder, southern hip hop influenced style of trap which quickly set him apart from the rest of Australian hip-hop. A mainstay in the underground, his 2024 collaborative album ‘Souths Most Wanted’ with Walkerboy, showed us that 2360 was just a taste of what’s to come.     VIOLET GROHL

Violet’s new album, Be Sweet to Me, which came out just a few weeks ago harks back to classic punk with a sleek modern twist, though it’s punctuated by some truly beautiful tender moments that reveal her other side.     CLIPPING.

    Put your mirrorshades on! Our guests today are the one and only industrial hip-hop trio clipping. Making their appearance on the scene back in 2009, they’ve been pushing the envelope ever since. Their sonics infuse afrofuturism, horrorcore, and sci-fi storytelling, as seen in their sibling concept albums, There Existed an Addiction to Blood, and Visions of Bodies being Burned. Their release from last year, Dead Channel Sky, once again raises the bar, adding glitch, EDM, and acid techno into the cauldron. Joining us ahead of their upcoming tour, and hitting our shores for the first time EVER, they’re here today please welcome Daveed and William from clipping.!
